Refund policy
How to ask, and where the money goes back.
How to ask
Write to us with your anonymous ID (visible in the app) and the payment reference. Without both, we cannot tie the request to a balance.
Crypto payment
The refund goes back to the address that paid, in the same currency. A wrong address on your side can make it impossible.
Card payment
Card payments run through Telegram Stars, bought with Apple Pay or Google Pay in the app. A refund is credited back as Stars on the Telegram account used.
